ANDEAN MYSTICAL ART
ABOUT US

Joan Parisi Wilcox
Joan Parisi Wilcox has studied the Andean Sacred Arts for thirty years and teaches the tradition to students around the globe. She is the author of Masters of the Living Energy: The Mystical World of the Q’ero of Peru and two other books. She has written dozens of magazine articles, been interviewed for podcasts and radio, and appeared in several documentary films about the Andean mystical tradition. Through her blog, QentiWasi.com, she shares her view of the wisdom of the Andes. Now, in this project, along with her graphic artist friend and collaborator Alexandra Resnik, she revives her long-dormant interest in art to bring original interpretations of major Andean themes to life.

Alexandra Resnik
Alexandra Resnik has been immersed in art since early childhood, developing a lifelong passion for fine art that naturally evolved into a successful career as a graphic artist. Her creative journey is deeply intertwined with a profound respect for the natural world and the unseen realms of spirit. For the past 12 years, Alexandra has been a student and practitioner of the Andean mystical tradition, a path that has shaped the way she approaches healing and creative expression. In addition to her spiritual studies, she has pursued training in Herbal and Plant Spirit Medicine, allowing her to work in harmony with the healing intelligence of nature. Bringing together her artistic talent and spiritual insight, Alexandra is honored to join forces with Joan. Through this collaboration, she helps bring Joan’s inspired vision to life - creating an offering that invites others into a space of beauty, healing, and connection.
